Hello, I’m Hayley!
With over 20 years across two professional environments, including more than a decade running my own five-star business, I understand what it takes to keep all aspects of a business running behind the scenes. I have balanced client care, varied administration duties, finance, and marketing alongside the full operational running of a business and providing excellent customer service – the most important aspect of building client relationships and growing your business.
My background is within the animal health industry. I am a qualified veterinary nurse and dog grooming business owner. I have worked in senior roles supporting the day-to-day running of clinical practices, leading and mentoring teams. I work well in high pressure environments, where staying calm and focused is essential, with a constant need to prioritise, plan, and provide empathetic care to both patients and clients. My organised nature led me to take on roles with varied responsibilities, and I became a proactive, trusted right hand to practice directors.
Aside from work, I’m a wife and mum to two busy boys and my beloved Labradoodle. Luckily, I love a to-do list, as they are essential when juggling parenting and being a business owner. I’m probably a bit of a perfectionist, naturally plan ahead and, if I need to book or purchase anything, I’ll research it thoroughly until I feel I’ve found the best option. My downtime is generally spent outdoors, escaping in our camper van and travelling – nature is my happy place.
I am now using my experience to work remotely as a Virtual Assistant and Operations Support Partner, helping businesses across all industries with reliable and trusted support. I enjoy keeping up with the progressions in technology and invest in my own development regularly. I aim to stay current and bring the best support to the people I work with. I genuinely look forward to connecting and working alongside professionals from a wide variety of fields, offering tailored assistance with care and consistency, without the need for you to take on an employee.
